Pros
In my role as a Data Analyst, I find it a place where you never get bored. In past experiences, I could spend more or less time challenged, but eventually, I would hit a plateau. The size of this company means there are always other departments, new procedures, or massive migrations happening. No year has been like the previous one.
Putting the usual BS aside, I can honestly say I’ve grown professionally year after year.
Cons
It’s a company where most people work remotely, and if you go to the office, it’s likely that the people you work with won’t be there. This creates a somewhat cold dynamic.
