Cons
Worst company i have worked on. Management is worse. No warning before firing. They just keep a google meet one fine beautiful day and you will be informed that you’re fired without any sensible reason and take all your access within the next second. They do not give time to take the proper documents with you before leaving. No proper job training No proper SME support or TL Support. You will be scared to speak to anyone as everyone is rude and will belittle you. Unprofessional HR and managers. They do not care if you have any health issues or pregnant and which might affect the performance, they will just fire you if you do not meet the kpis for 2 weeks. You need to meet the kpis from the first day after the training or else the performance in the first week of probation will be used against you to fire you.
