We’re proud of our ambition, and we know our goals demand a lot from people - but that should never have a negative impact on our employees. We work hard to make Revolut a great place to work and we respect people's right to a decent work life balance. We're also serious about feedback from Revoluters. By intently listening, we've birthed new policies, such as our hybrid working arrangement, 60-day temporary working abroad flexibility, 2 extra wellbeing days, Team Engagement budgets or RevManagerHub.
