Revolut has grown tremendously in a short span of time with the support of our Revoluters. We value our people and aim to support them. We're encourage people to put their health first despite their ambitions, and our trained Mental Health First Aider community is there for anyone who needs to talk, can advise people on how to cope with work pressures, and encourages them to take longer breaks to recharge.
As Revolut's business and products evolve, we hope so has our inclusive culture. We set ourselves ambitious goals but we also want to understand what the roadblocks area and what we can change to make it easier to achieve those goals.
We hope you'll consider raising your feedback internally with your manager or the people team so that we can do more to support you.
