Pros
Rapid and fast paced learning environment. A lot of cross disciplinary work to be done. Exciting company with bright(hehe) future. I would recommend to others.
Cons
It's a start up - so things aren't always as smooth and easy as they could be. That is the territory of a start up. The bad thing is that you have no one to fall back on - that is also the good thing.
