      Pros

      Exposure to a lot of interesting work with a great insight into how a company runs due to small-medium size.

      Cons

      Very few benefits, weak company culture, no HR department and little opportunity for recognition and progression. Processes still being established in many markets means many obstacles to work through.

      Pros

      The original US/CA team was amazing, good rapport and a great understanding leader

      Cons

      The owner of the company came in and decided to relocate the US/CA office at least 2 times before deciding to move to another state entirely, letting go of all staff in the main office, without explanation. Even though there were employees who wanted to keep working with the company (even if they had to relocate to another state) they were not given that choice.
