Pros

The people who work here are impressive. They're whip-smart, they're kind, they're curious, and they care very deeply about what they do. The work itself is engaging: You get to learn about weird, niche subjects that will delight you if you're an information junkie, and you'll find yourself coming up with creative solutions to problems you never knew existed a month previously. You will never, ever be bored. Reviews.com isn't perfect -- see below. But many months in, I still find myself excited to tackle the challenges each week brings and to see my co-workers every Monday.

Cons

The company is growing. It's like a big, gangly puppy that's all feet, which means that it will sometimes trip. The raw talent and drive to be great are in place, but processes are still being hammered out. This is a positive if you're interested in building career experience. You'll have room for experiments and self-directed projects that might not be possible at a more established company. But if you thrive on structure, the work environment may feel overwhelming. The workload can also be intense. Management is right there in the trenches with you, but be mindful of the warning signs for burnout, especially if you're prone to perfectionism.

Pros

Reviews.com is very welcoming and steadily growing. We have a great collaborative environment that encourages innovation. We also have great perks like our excellent work-life integration, snacks and beverages, and convertible standing desks.

Cons

We have a very open floor plan, which can be distracting at times. However, we do provide other locations other than your desk to work. You can sit on a couch or work in one of the side rooms. I also enjoy this atmosphere more than a cubicle!
