Pros
The people are THE BEST! They have the highest hiring standards, typically competing with Google, Amazon, McKinsey & Deloitte for people. Glad I made the cut! Colleagues are interesting, fun and diverse. The projects are high impact, high visibility projects for billion dollar companies--Coca-Cola, Toyota, Time-Warner Cable, etc. The project teams are small. You get a great sense of ownership and accomplishment. Expect to be challenged.
Cons
Short time frames for projects combined with Board-level visibility at clients creates stress. No projects are easy. Long hours are typical, but not mandatory. No company requirements for "billable hours" just what it takes to get the job done.
