Aggressive dynamics, poor team spirit. Non welcoming environment - Anonymous employee Revelator Employee Review

The team was pretty aggressive between them. Everyone works remotely but there's this weird rule of never turning on their cameras in meetings which really affects the company's culture and sense of belonging. In addition, they are pretty open when it comes to politics, which might cause people to be uncomfortable especially in the situation we currently are now (they are all from Israel). Overall, I wouldn't recommend. Very toxic environment.
