Out of my previous contracting companies, this has been one of the smallest companies I have worked for. That being said, it has allowed for better personal connections and better hands on individual development. Some people may feel intimidated by a small "chain of command".

Clear lines of communication with management, monthly commuter reimbursement, 401K Match, streamline processes, room for carrier advancement, further training opportunities available i.e. PMP, Tableau etc.

Too many managers to report to i.e, PM, Project lead & Engagement lead for one project. This was a unique situation, but it was difficult to navigate and manage at times.
