Cons
- No growth opportunities - Lack of diversity - Gray HR policies make it difficult to manage troublesome employees - Bonus structure does nothing to encourage slackers. If the department meets the goal as a whole, everyone gets a bonus - Front line employees have way too much flexibility in attendance. No penalty for call-outs, last-minute PTO requests. If I were a front-line employee, I would definitely work here because I would have the freedom to come and go as I please without penalty. If you are in leadership, it will give you a massive headache trying to keep up with all of the slackers. - Terrible training structure. New hires spend two weeks learning basics about the company, but are sent to their departments to be trained by supervisors and leads...awful
