Pros
They hire a lot of people that other companies turn down like people with criminal records. Kenwin is wonderful.
Cons
Very inefficient sales process. Harry manages through fear. One month you are the golden child and the next you are on thin ice and the second bad month you are on the chopping block. Harry is a very cliche sales person and he is very against changing his outdated unnatural script and sales process. You don't get paid until the security system gets installed which can be a week to a month after the sale. The sales process is very inefficient. You have to cold call realtors to get them to give you their clients' phone numbers and then you have to turn those clients into a sale and pray they don't cancel the install. The pay isn't worth it. Some days I'd have 80-90% of my calls be leaving voicemails. Good months are okay pay for a first sales job and the bad months are barely enough to pay the bills. Promotions are a joke. You get about 50 cents more a hour and slightly better commission that works out to around $5-20 more per deal but that's only if it ends up getting installed. If you are good at sales you will get better pay and better working conditions elsewhere.
