Where to start?
No retirement benefits. Very poor health care. Little room for growth. Toxic workplace leadership will literally yell obscenities at team members on a call when someone asks for further explanation on topics there has been no training on.
Everything is your fault. No matter who you are or how hard you work to fix or improve a project, company, policy, or previous work. When someone is suggesting an improvement or providing feedback, leadership goes on the defensive every time and you end up under attack.
