Pros

I have not found many organizations that live by their principles and create an environment for employees to feel heard and cared for like RP does. Even as the team grows, leadership prioritizes people over everything else. It's a great place to work, grow, and evolve as a person and as a RevOps professional.

Cons

RP is great at what they do, and lots of partners want to work with us. There are times where all that demand can strain capacity for the delivery team, but it's not a bad problem to have.

Pros

Everyone is super supportive and helpful Pay is pretty decent and benefits are great for company size Flexibility on time off is awesome They have a well built out methodology

Cons

Not so much a con, as is a 'be-prepared' to be a self-starter. They have amazing resources but you must take initiative. This type of role can be uncomfortable because you need to act with authority and like an absolute expert sometimes when you have no experience in doing something. Granted, someone on the team DOES have the experience, so you'll need to leverage that. But everyone is pretty busy, so it can be a challenge.

Pros

I've had nothing but terrible experiences with RevPartners. Working for the company has been the biggest mistake I have ever made. If I had a chance to do things over, I would stop myself from ever applying for a position here.

Cons

Working for RevPartners has been such a disappointing experience so far. I came into the company expecting growth, advancement, and opportunities, but I haven't seen any of those the entire time I have been here. I wasn't given any training or guidance when I first started, but I was already given a lot of expectations to meet and assigned complex tasks. Whenever I asked for help, I was met with indifference, and when I made a mistake, I was yelled at for being incompetent. What's also frustrating is how low my salary was. It did not reflect my workload at all, and even when I outperformed my colleagues consistently, I was never rewarded for my efforts.
