1. You will never grow unless you are someone's pet 2. When you work day and night then they are okay with it ,but someday you give less time you will be questioned even if the time is outside the working hours ,ohh wait a minute there is no concept like working hours here!! 3. Erratic hours of call , just take up everything the client says and never ever stand up for the employees , not at all a corporate structure, you as a senior will be scolded in front of juniors and will always be demotivated , too much favouritism, if you are the manager's puppet you will be at the top ,if you tell them how to improve or how to achieve something in any other way you will not be heard and you will always be felt useless even if you have the talent, you just have to work as they say and if do that you will be the person not giving any solutions and not participating 4. Reviews are a sham 5. CTC comprises of fixed and variable component of which variable component is way to much , your annual variable component is like 3/4 times your monthly in hand salary 6. VERY VERY DIFFICULT TO SWITCH THE JOB ONCE YOU HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE , ITS LIKE A WORK OF IT SUPPORT PERSON WHICH WE DO , YOU DON'T NEED A CA TO DO THIS WORK A BCOM PERSON CAN ALSO DO THE WORK 7. Unfair allocation of work , some ppl are overburdened and some are totally relaxed 8. To summarize, If you are looking for a 9 to 6 job then this is not the place and also no concept of employee satisfaction, no work life balance, no relevant experience
