Pros
I worked for RevAgency for almost a year and during that time, I was appreciated and nurtured in my position. Everyone gets along and the company does a great job in fostering a good work environment from company lunches, company events, monthly mini-celebrations, etc. The events department works very hard to get everyone involved. The work itself is not THE most rewarding, it is sales after all, but you do feel accomplished at the end of the day and you feel it was a team effort. They provided a pretty standard but good benefits package as well. The managers give great feedback and the CEOs are a tight knit group. Yes, it is run my a family but they try to instill that family-like feel onto their employees. During their 50th anniversary event, they gave everyone name tags changing our last names to the CEOs'. Very sweet. I'd have to say its an excellent place to work.
Cons
Very few cons: Upward mobility is limited to fewer positions than other similarly sized companies, but this may have changed since my departure. The main con is that the pay was sub-par. With the company being based in Southern California, the base salary could be 1) higher and 2) more competitive compared to other similar companies'. I am not sure salaries would cap out to very much either, but I could be wrong in that regard... However, I definitely regret having to have moved on (I decided to take a job that paid more and was closer to home.)
