Pros
This place is great for people who want to hustle on the side. It's my first 'job' that I've ever had, but it has taught me customer-service, transcription, and educational topics through the videos and audio that I transcribe.
Cons
It's extremely grueling and tiring. I work when I can, but even then I get so tired from sitting there and working on a job. It's also hard to find a job that is clear and audible in the first place.
