There are very few and that’s a horrible thing to say. My colleagues were nice.

There are many If you’re not working on one of their money makers and you are unfortunately working on Research then you’re out of luck. You won’t get any of those slack motivational shoutouts from the manager or their ‘incentives’ They offer ‘flexible’ working and the ability to choose when you work but once you get the job there is very little flexibility, they will guilt trip you into working their hours completely. They don’t pay well enough for the work that you have to do. Favouritism runs rampant here. A colleague was ridiculed by another for making a minor mistake on a campaign they just started. (Colleague being ridiculed was a new hire) Communication is poor and if you consider being talked at training then this is the place for you. What you do won’t be recognised and will leave you unfulfilled, stressed, and pressured by management to ‘dig into those calls’ which is lie to the customer to get what you want out of them.
