Working remote has been great. The team are all senior, which means I feel like i am part of something special. We also get to work deeply with our clients, rather than jumping from one to another. Management is always there for support and doesnt get in the way.

None that i can think of

Some nice and brilliant people within the different teams and office space was ok.

Rotten and toxic culture that started at the top and worked it’s way down. No toaster was also allowed which seemed quite childish.
