Pros
If you are working not in bangalore, great place to join this company as HR will force you to quit your current company. No pros seriously. I don't know how some people wrote a paragraph in this section. Most of them are fake or they are just loosers.
Cons
No fixed date salary. No PF, but they will deduct amount No payment slips. No flexibility 2 yrs bond, they will take your certificates as security which is by the way Illegal. (if management knows business) If you are late any day, you have work sat sun as punishment. Seriously. Abusive languages by management on official mails. What a professional behavior. Timing are great strictly 9 - 7:30 pm, which can be extended to 4am-5am. Again next day you come at 9. Otherwise you have take the punishment. Unnecessary training session after 7:30. You don't have strength, patience to attend that after hectic schedule of day. No peer friendly environment. All are loosers are there who think they have got success in their life. (employees don't have a life here in this company) Company pays you in check. (partial / full, full payment is rare). Delays in salary credit by 1 - 2 month Salary structure will include bonus half of the package. Which you never get. No development strategy, No development process. If you think I am writing too much, experience yourself.
