Pros
This is a growing company with a strong product. They have a great benefit plan and the people are nice. The pay was competitive however negotiations will be required to get where you need to be salary-wise. Co-workers were really nice and generally a friendly atmosphere.
Cons
This company struggles with management. Lots of double work and confusion when big projects come down the line leading to wasted time and effort. CEO too involved with day to day activities and direct project management which hinders overall company progress. Hours worked tended to be longer than I wished with emails coming in after-hours that required attention.
