Okay but a lot of weekends - Helpdesk Bilingual Analyst Retail Assistance Employee Review

Salary is low, lots of weekends and from the 5 months I stayed there instead of promotions for employees that had applied to senior and management roles they hired externally both times there were vacancies, even though multiple very good people that were already in the business applied (and I don't say it for myself as I didn't apply but several colleagues that were there longer did).
