Pros

The product brings good to the planet! An awesome feeling to help someone. Other pros are quite usual for the growing startup. It has quite flexibility, family atmosphere and fun. Your work affects the product a lot, but you also have to do a lot of stuff by yourself. It doesn't have as big bureaucracy as corporations do.

Cons

Lacks documentation sometimes, not the best office (even though location is great), not much corporation bonuses. I wouldn't consider these as cons actually, because it's absolutely normal for a company which consist of 30 people

Pros

No Pros. Everything will seem great at first but consider yourself lucky if you finally manage to see the truth before its too late.

Cons

Don't waste your time here. Leaders of this company, especially the CEO will tell tall tales and sell you on unrealistic expectations and projections (Basically a pipedream) to all employees, clients and everyone else included to keep the ship afloat until the lies catch up. There is no structure or solid foundation. Although the company has been active since the last 6 years. When confronting the CEO & CTO with questions in townhalls, there is no direction or direct answer given to all employees. Just empty baseless promises. If the company is still running somehow, then expect to living in a constant state of anxiety, being overworked and thrown into useless meetings all day with feeling of never having done enough in a day. On top of fear of not being compensated or getting undercompensated for the work of multiple people. If you really want to learn and experience what running a business should not look like, then consider joining.

Pros

as an operations team member, I also got to learn about the product sales as well as technology behind the product.

Cons

not much, just some startup growth pains which I believe they will overcome sooner or later.
