Pros
Company-provided equipment would be a pro if that is something you need. The company also offers make-up time if you have an emergency and have to miss work. It's a great way to make sure you get your 40 hours
Cons
Everything is unorganized, and communication is hard to come by. If you're a new agent, this may not be the place to start. They do not train you to be successful in your role. If you need help on a call, you will be left to fend for yourself. I am not saying this because I got fired or passed up for a promotion; I really wish someone had said this to me before taking a position with this company. I am letting you know what to expect. Do not expect to know about bonuses and commission until it's too late in the season to move on. Matter of fact, I still don't understand the commission structure, and no one gives a straight answer about it ever. Beware of recruiters' lies to get you in the door. Teams chat that they use "Just don't even try to understand it." It will drive you crazy if you enjoy an organized stress stress-free day.
