Pros

No Pros at all , the CEO and Director of technology are the worst person in this company.

Cons

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working at a company that severely lacks work culture and professionalism. The director of the company, Ranjit Sinha, displayed abusive behavior towards employees, creating a hostile work environment. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and goes against the principles of a healthy and productive workplace. One of the major issues I encountered while working at this company was the extremely delayed code review process. It was frustrating to see that code reviews were not given priority, leading to unnecessary delays in project completion. This lack of timely feedback affected the overall productivity of the team and hindered progress. Moreover, there was a pervasive atmosphere of misconversation within the company. Important discussions and decisions often resulted in misunderstandings due to poor communication and a lack of clarity. This not only wasted valuable time but also created unnecessary conflicts among team members. Another concerning aspect of the company was the director's tendency to conveniently forget important information. This forgetfulness often resulted in misplaced blame being directed towards employees who were not at fault. It created an environment of mistrust and frustration, making it difficult for employees to work efficiently. In addition to the issues with the director, the CEO of the company, Ashish Tulsian, displayed a short temper and an excessive amount of pride. This kind of behavior from top-level management sets a negative tone for the entire organization and can contribute to low employee morale. A leader should strive to create a positive and supportive work environment, rather than fostering an atmosphere of fear and arrogance. Overall, my experience at this company was highly disappointing. The lack of work culture, abusive behavior from the director, delayed code reviews, misconversation, and the short-tempered and proud nature of the CEO all contributed to a toxic work environment. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy and productive workplace.

Pros

Have a friendly work culture

Cons

The entire process felt pre-planned rather than performance-based. There were clear signals from management that I was already “on the radar,” which made it obvious that the outcome was decided much earlier. Despite performing well at certain points, the final decision did not reflect a fair or consistent evaluation. It honestly feels like cost-cutting under the disguise of performance issues. There also seems to be a pattern where promotions for existing employees are delayed or not implemented, which further raises questions about internal priorities There is little to no proper support during training, and feedback is vague. In my case, I was told we would connect for discussion, but instead, the termination was executed without giving a fair chance to even address the feedback. Right now, it feels like a hire-fast, fire-fast system with poor transparency and zero employee support.

Pros

Nothing , Please beware of tanvi and jyoti in hr

Cons

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Restroworks. I was offered a position by the company, and after receiving the offer letter, I made a major life decision — I resigned from my current job in good faith, trusting the commitment made by them. However, within just a few days, the company abruptly revoked the offer letter without any valid justification. This left me in a completely vulnerable situation, as I am now jobless because of their unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. What’s even worse is the complete lack of accountability. When I reached out to request either a revised joining date or any form of compensation for the loss caused, my emails were ignored and no proper response was provided. This clearly shows a lack of basic professionalism and respect for candidates. This kind of conduct is not just unethical, it directly impacts people’s careers and financial stability. Companies must understand that candidates are not numbers — these decisions affect real lives. I strongly urge job seekers to be extremely cautious while dealing with Restroworks. Do not rely on their offer letters unless you have absolute certainty, as they may withdraw it at any notice
