Terrible Employer and incredibly short sighted - Anonymous employee Restrata Employee Review

Salary somewhat made up for the burnout and frustration.

Nobody in the right mind would rate this place a 5/5. I've worked there. Don't trust a single 5/5 review. There is no plan for anything. The job was to constantly put out fires created by lack of long-term planning, roadmap and resources. Technical pivots that made people hired weeks ago redundant and fired. This is not an IT company, this is a startup inside a bigger company in energy sector. It does feel like one for sure. You will be expected to deliver on numerous responsibilities that you are not contractually obligated to deliver on. Without additional pay, of course. If you want a work-life balance, don't work here. If you want career growth, don't work here. If you want to know how your life in the company will look like in a couple of months, don't work here.
