Easy Going Environment with learning and promotion opportunities for those who want it.

Cons

The industry calls for emergency work outside of normal business hours. That's just how it is so know that if you are going to apply there.

Pros

I have a great manager who is passionate about there work and leading and that helps me feel confident in having open conversations with him and know he has my back. He isn’t afraid to tell me what I can improve on and I respect that a lot. The work is reliable and I have a good schedule.

Cons

Not really a con, just wish we had more training but it sounds like RC is expanding the offerings later this year.
