Pros

Your paycheck will not bounce at least not yet

Cons

High turnover as a result of poor management and a lack of a long term company vision from senior management. Unethical behavior by sales leaders. Short term management focus. Really only one viable restaurant technology cooking the oil delivery system. Product management struggles to expand or enhance it's portfolio. Some of the technology they require you to shove down customers throats in many cases does not work as advertised. Company has a attitude of sell now and worry about the technology working later. No sense of building relationships with customers, ethical treatment or caring about what is in their best interest. Sales force is basically used car salesman. Cutbacks to operations has resulted in shortage of parts and equipment to service accounts. Company service techs morale is low as a result of cutbacks. They claim to be a "service" company but its all about the bottom line profit. Poor customer service as a result of reduced hours for service techs company wide. Company revenue shortfall has resulted from investment in new unproven technology that is not generating revenue. You are on an island don't buy the lines that everyone is there to help- you succeed. Back stabbing is common place and HR is just an arm of senior management to crack down on the sales team. They want no outside ideas or suggestions on how to improve the company. Sales team is bogged down with antiquated, outdated sales tracking systems that bury them in time consuming paperwork. The Pay doesn't match the hours invested work life balance poor. You either drink the Kool-aid and follow in lockstep or else.

Pros

Pay and benefits are good but these barbarians will suck the life out of you for it.

Cons

Terrible management. They are forced to constantly write employees up for dumb stuff. They micromanage and stress employees out bad. Trucks are always broken so prepare to sit home without work from time to time. They don’t care about you, they only want to squeeze you dry for money. Toxic atmosphere all throughout.
