Pros

Health insurance is pricey but great coverage. For a family of 4 is around 160 weekly.

Cons

Low pay, no guidance. Old minded company. Awful and obsolete marketing. The “CEO” is a first time “CEO” coming from store-management.

Pros

I joined this brand new team to build top line strategies supporting a total digital transformation. Having come from a Fortune 100 digital marketing background I absolutely LOVE and appreciate the work-life balance, the CEO & CMO's open door policy ( literally open door) and working shoulder to shoulder with eComm guru, Shane Thomas who built Rite Aid's eComm program from the ground up to $100M in 24 months. And the health insurance knocked me off of my feet. Best I've ever seen.

Cons

I've not experienced any. The hiring process was quick and transparent. Amazing benefits that saved my family about $1000 per month compared to previous insurer and zero deductible if you stay in network with a $10 co-pay. C'mon! Each person welcomed me warmly to the team.

Pros

1) Healthcare was great until 2025. 2) Most of the people I worked with in the offices were great and friendly. 3) Lots of remote work for sales.

Cons

1) Remote work started to be taken away, especially for warranty work. 2) Healthcare changed in 2025, though still was not terrible, but it did get worse. 3) Private label brands were embarrassing. 4) Upper-level corporate culture was disconnected from the reality of day-to-day operations. Penny pinching vs. focus on improvement.
