Flashy PR dept that puts out a good "look" for culinary focus. Pay is higher here than similar places.
Cons
This company lost a major senior executive about 5 years ago, and the replacement is proving to be incompetent. The company President puts too much value on this dummy's hair-brain ideas. Sure they pose a food-focused culture... and Its got some Chefs leading the executive team; true. But they are as poor about handling people as a novice is at handling raw chicken. No structure or organization.
