You work with mostly nice people and you get free food. ( Well it is kind of free, around $8.00 a week is taken out for Meal Tax Benefits)

Terrible Managment, Low Morale in kitchen, extremely stressful because of lack of employees, low pay. I dread waking up in the morning and going to work because of the negative environment.

Love the management team, chefs, and coworkers, cant speak highly enough of them. I have a great work life balance and feel like the kitchen is stocked well.
Cons
The space i work in was badly designed and installed. About a third of the equipment doesn't work, stopped working, never worked which is unacceptable for a new place. Also the very limited fridge and freezer space in comparison to the amount of food produced per day is laughable, if it wasn't so frustrating to deal with on a daily basis.
