      Pros

      Its not a very demanding job. Most of the time the teachers leave you detailed instructions on what to do for the day.

      Cons

      You don't know what your going to be making from check to check. Since you only come when needed, you could make alot in one week, or nothing.

      I was given free reign to instruct the students as I saw best so long as it worked.

      Cons

      Very small school makes funding, and thus part time grant funded positions, sometimes insufficient.
