Pros
Great coworkers. Only reason to think about. Some people are very understanding and genuine.
Cons
Responsive used to be known for its positive work culture and genuine respect for employees, but things have drastically changed. The product team is now mentally drained, overworked, and underappreciated. Favouritism is rampant - an under qualified individual (Lady PM II) is constantly protected and promoted, while skilled team members are overburdened and ignored. Compensation is below industry standards, adding to the frustration and dissatisfaction. Leadership is fully aware of the burnout but continues to exploit employees without remorse. There is no recognition for genuine effort; politics and bias alone dictate visibility. Micromanagement combined with forcing one person to juggle multiple roles strips away autonomy, creates constant frustration. Employees are expected to be available around the clock, with no respect for personal boundaries or work-life balance. As a result, multiple team members have resigned recently, unable to cope with the toxic environment.
