-product/solution that is solving a real need, I think we are in a good place in the market and will keep seeing success -newer leaders are adding good strategy and processes -company growth is healthy, and people can accelerate their own career growth if they're motivated and successful -fun work culture, balance of collaboration and high performance expectations
Cons
-some legacy leaders need to adapt or leave -pay is fine but could be better -still some growing pains and related ambiguity -some people in individual contributor or middle manager roles are too negative or into petty drama
