The CTO is far too involved with the day-to-day business of the company. He constantly bypasses process and causes significant problems which are left to the developers to work around or fix. The company line states that 'taking time out isn't frowned upon' and yet staff feel like they are being timed and clock-watched whenever he is around. He creates an unpleasant atmosphere in the office.
