Pros

I made one nice friend there.

Cons

To be fair this is a few years late, but this company was so laughably awful that I decided out of curiosity to see what they were up to now and found this page. They manage to make the job simultaneously extremely boring and extremely stressful. One or the other would be ok, fast paced, making deals, negotiating, making targets and deadlines- I like. Unexciting repetitive tasks when necessary- no problem. This felt like hours and hours and day after day of bashing your head against a wall while someone yells at you that you're not bashing it hard enough. You needed to be in at 8am to start the head bashing, and when you get home at 9pm, to spend another couple of hours doing it at home. No one seemed to be making as much commission as they should, and the owner is rolling in money while others are making crappy wages for London standards, perhaps getting occasional, totally unreliable, and meager commission. They made me feel like anything that didn't come off was my fault for not hammering the phones or the poor people on the other end of the phone hard enough. I moved on elsewhere as soon as I possibly could, and the comparisons with other workplaces since make this place seem even worse. I've never known anywhere that had a worse combination of bad pay and a bad culture. On top of all this, as others have alluded to, there is no end to the number of illegal practices. Not just fake companies and fake identities, but regularly impersonating the Department of Health to try and dig up information on people.

Pros

Completely respectful of the working hours schedule, they wont ask for more if it's time for you to leave. The company is very little and therefore mostly organized. The tutors for the interns are usually aviable to teach you twice the same thing and overlook the mistakes that every rookie does.

Cons

The company is composed of few self centered individuals who run important office business, leaving the 90% of the appointment calls and of the database work to interns. I've been working there for 6 months and there hasn't been trace of professional growth, know-how learning or anything useful. It's been months of continuous and mechanical repetition of the same tasks like a writing monkey. Completely wasted months if you ask me. The hardware and softwares they use are quite slow, at least the ones they'll give you if you're an intern. Everything has to be left just like you found it, do not take papers at home (even if it's your own notes), don't change anything, don't leave anything of yours. I was somehow expecting they would require me to take off my shoes before entering. Everyone will treat you coldly, (I assume it's because there's a strong change of interns over the year and no one gets close to you if you'll be leaving in a couple months). There are a lot of aspects I completely disliked when I worked there, but I just described the most important issues. Find something else if you can.
