Company provided excellent training in regards to your job. Ok benefits, and great company peeks. They take care of employees. Decent Pay
Cons
Company does not promote within. So if you are starting out part time with hopes of moving up. Forget it, you might as well look some place else. Higher up management is the only that benefits... They will make positions and move them around so they can keep their job.. Some people in management show favoritism
