Co-workers make it fun to work there.

NO ROOM FOR GROWTH. All those in management roles have been there for 10+ years and most don't even hold a bachelor's degree nor are they even interested or working on one. The only people in there with higher edu. degrees can be found in systems and IT and maybe accounting. If you're ambitious and need room to grow, you will outgrow others rather quick and will remain unhappy and underpaid. Also, having an uneducated/problematic management team really sucks.
