Company Review - Support Technician Resonant Technology Partners Employee Review

I have worked at Resonant for 18 months and the thing I appreciate the most is the entire atmosphere is totally focused on building meaningful relationships with customers. From an internal standpoint, there is an abundance of autonomy in the workplace and management goes out of their way to take care of their employees. It is also great place for honest conversation and becoming a better IT proffesional all around.

There are no significant issues. Management is receptive to constructive feedback.

Resonant is a great place for budding IT professionals and seasoned professionals alike. I have been working here for 3 1/2 years and I am constantly amazed at the opportunities given to me and my teammates. If you have an interest in something specific, or have an interest in a few areas, and you want to gain experience, the company will work with your to provide you with opportunities to train and work in those areas, whether it be on the Service Desk side or the Project side. The culture at Resonant is something we value highly, and work to protect. Each member of the team treats you like family, and we all have the highest respect for each other. The opinions of each person are taken into consideration, and the team is brought into the conversation when new procedures and processes are being implemented. Working in our field is never "easy" - things can change at the drop of a hat, and it can be a lot like drinking from a fire hose. However, the team always comes together and has each other's backs. If you are looking for a place where you are not kept in a "box", this is the place!
