Pros
Direct management has been kind and helpful. There is a good sense of community in working there; other techs are willing to help (provided they have time) and often bend over backwards to help with helping with tasks that seem like they aren't that important.
Cons
After the acquisition, there were a lot of changes that I know a lot of people (including myself) were upset with. Losing our PTO from 6 weeks to 4 weeks, having cameras put up on site, the overall shift in community
