      Company is well established, has good employee programs and benefits, competitive pay and upward mobility if you take the initiative.

      Cons

      Sometimes newer employees have a harder time breaking in with good ol boys and girls clubs. The company is open to new ideas but set in its ways in others.

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
