      I like the working culture. No nonsense politics. I think it is because Singapore is still managed by Australian people.

      Cons

      It takes time for senior management to recognize the individual talent. This is pretty much depends on your immediate manager.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
