Pros

There are few but cons are more concerning now

Cons

Micromanagement is a recurring challenge. Employees are often expected to follow Manager's ideas without meaningful opportunity to propose or implement alternative solutions. Decision-making can feel top-down, and there is a perception of bias in how people and ideas are treated. Frequent use of @mentions and work-related follow-ups in Teams outside of normal business hours can also create unnecessary pressure and negatively impact work-life balance. These factors can discourage innovation, reduce motivation, and limit professional growth.

Pros

Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

Cons

The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
