      Has really great campus. Large car park and even swimming pool Good work life balance Many people are working for more than 10 years

      Cons

      Not dealing with cutting-edge technology. Not so many great S/W engineers yet. You can stand out, hopefully.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
