      Pros

      Good colleagues, must be willing to learn and they will be willing to teach everything.

      Cons

      There are basically no training, like a system attached to one person or even class study , straight work and sometime in the first 2-3 weeks it’s hard to absorb if you’re not interested in the job

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
