Pros
Great company to work for. The job itself is easy once you understand the business model and just do what is expected of you from the company. Management sets clear expectations of what is expected from you from the start. Only micromanaging I’ve seen comes when people are not doing the things expected of them. Leadership cares about you as a person will work well with you. Commission structure is solid if you’re good at the job and build your business. Benefits are good with car allowance, pto, paid holidays, health insurance, and 401k with company match. Does lot of incentives and other perks for production hard work and good attitude. They promote from within if you’re successful you can have promotion opportunities. You don’t have to have experience in medical they will train you and work with while you gain valuable experience either with them or to possibly another company if you choose.
Cons
The industry is growing lots of competition out there which makes it challenging. You will drive quite a bit but they tell you that up front. Sometimes keep low producers and people with bad attitudes longer than they should. Company isn’t backed by private equity or a public company so some of the benefits compared to other companies leaves some things to be desired which isn’t for everyone (but could be a pro in that there isn’t the same pressure for numbers and feels like you’re building something).
