Pros
This job has so many benefits to go through. Financially it's a very reasonably priced job for the area and they offer a plethora of great benefits if you work there. The therapists that you work with are so kind and caring about both their clients and their staff, and there's such a healing sense that everyone there is doing their best and you can be human. Along side of that a lot of the coworkers are amazing people and it's easy to build deep friendships in the job as well. They prioritize appropriate levels of training and feedback on how to customize and alter treatments to best fit a clients needs. The kids are amazing and you really build such a caring and loving connection with them as well. I just really can not say enough about this job, I would go back in a heartbeat.
Cons
Sometimes with caseloads on the therapists can make jobs a little stressful, and I think that some levels or professionalism need to be enforced at times. There was nothing that was ever a game changer for me and my employment there.
