EVERYTHING! As a management company, you are required to supply the proper support and training for your staff… But this company has none of that… There is absolutely no type of support system from the management team to the the onsite team, if anything you’ll be lucky to even get a proper response from anyone towards specific questions. They create group chats amongst themselves and trash talk literally about ALL of the PMs, APMs, and Leasing staff… Jeanny or Jenny however you spell her name will ask you questions about stuff but does not give you an opportunity to even speak to answer any of the questions. Like to be honest this company as a whole is a joke…. If you look at the properties and take the time to visit some, all of the properties are poorly managed…. The turnover rate for the company itself is ridiculously high because of how they treat their people… I have met so many past employees who have worked at one of the properties managed by this company and it is so sad to hear that after so many years from when I was a temp at one of the properties they still treat their people sooooooo poorly… shortly after I left because of a discussion with Jeanny/Jenny, I was sent a recording of the phone call that was had… It will forever serve as a reminder of the type of people this company takes “pride” of…
