I have been in the business for 18 Years I have spent the past 7 of them here at RHF. The pros are definitely the people. Great environment to learn and grow. Good support from the top down. The owners aren't just the boss they are like family. We are smaller then the big guys so we can move a lot faster to market with products and our services.

When you work for a smaller company some people hold onto experiences that happened with former employees of our great company. When you aren't as well known as some of the big guys you have to work a little bit harder to earn that business.
