Pros
The employees are some of the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. They have incredible talent and are very kind and supportive.
Cons
Leadership doesn’t exist. The owners are horrible humans who only care about money and nothing else. They do not take care of their employees. They preach development but wouldn’t offer leadership training. The CEO preaches about being a good communicator but also doesn’t read comms if they are too long and “doesn’t want to make decisions” even though that’s his job. The two owners prefer to let people go than to take a step back and really breakdown the problems in their business. They believe in bandaid fixes and sometimes won’t get things done that hinder others from moving forward, then tell those people they aren’t moving fast enough and let them go. The entire C suite has quit and many of the employees don’t see eye to eye with management. Most of them have silently quit and are just collecting a pay check. Owners bad mouth competition and gaslight employees. Set unrealistic 24 he deadlines on large projects and do t let you go home until they are done. They will call and text you at all hours of the day/night. They have no boundaries and act like if you work for them, they own you.
